If the mobile doesn't turn on

  1. Press volume down for 30 seconds.
  2. Keep volume down and connect a USB charger.
  3. Release volume down after 5 seconds.
  4. Press volume down and power simultaniously for 10 seconds.
  5. Press volume up and power simultaniously until 3 vibrations.
  6. Press power and the phone should turn on.
  7. If not, continue below.
  8. Remove USB charger.
  9. Open uSDcard door and locate the yellow small button.
  10. Press it 10 times.
  11. Connect USB charger.
  12. Press power button and the phone should turn on.
