Bar muscle up
- Hollow and Arch position.
- Chest to bar.
- Chin to chest pullups (short movement).
Burpees with snapp.
- Rais your chest on your armes before lifting your hips from the ground and snapp your feets in under your body.
- Thumbs towards the Wall.
- Elbows out of the wall.
- Dip your head towards the wall when going down, end position just a bit closer to the wall than your hands.
- Rising up move to a straight position where your head is at elbow level.
- Do not over extend your back.
