Muscle up

Bar muscle up

  • Hollow and Arch position.
  • Chest to bar.
  • Chin to chest pullups (short movement).

Ring muscle-up


Burpees with snapp.

  • Rais your chest on your armes before lifting your hips from the ground and snapp your feets in under your body.


  • Thumbs towards the Wall.
  • Elbows out of the wall.
  • Dip your head towards the wall when going down, end position just a bit closer to the wall than your hands.
  • Rising up move to a straight position where your head is at elbow level.
  • Do not over extend your back.
